Bringing Midwest StitchFest to life meant creating a cohesive experience across the app, banners, and tickets, each designed to capture the festival’s creative, handmade spirit. The app provides information about schedules, workshops, and updates. While the banners, maps, and tickets all follow the same motif and color palette. The cohesiveness of all these elements come together to create an intuitive and fun experience.

Wayfinding with Design

For Midwest StitchFest, the wayfinding system was designed to be both functional and eye-catching. After taking care of the logistical aspects I knew the next step would be to create something people wanted to look at. Combining strong visuals with things like sign height and placement allowed me to create an engaging and memorable experience for festival attendees.
